Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Policy
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total fee is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 day before the event. We do not offer credit accounts.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 14+ Days Prior: You may reschedule to an available date at no extra charge or cancel with a $100 cancellation fee.
• 7 to 13 Days Prior: A $100 fee applies for rescheduling or canceling.
• Less than 3 Days Prior: If cancellation occurs with less than 3 days’ notice, the full booking payment will be forfeited.

3. Equipment Care & Damages
The client is responsible for any damages caused by guests. In such cases, the client must cover 100% of the repair or replacement costs.

4. Additional Hours
Please note that extra hours may incur additional charges, which can be significantly higher than the standard hourly rate.

5. Event Duration
Event duration is based on the agreed start and end times. Any delays caused by the client or their guests may result in shortened performance time or additional charges for extended hours.

6. Setup and Takedown Time
Setup and takedown are included within the agreed-upon hours. If extra time is needed for setup or takedown beyond the scheduled booking, it may incur additional charges.

7. Extra Charges for Specialized Equipment
Any additional equipment or services requested beyond the standard package may incur extra charges, to be agreed upon prior to the event.

8. Travel Fees
Events outside of [your location or a specific radius] may incur additional travel fees, to be agreed upon before finalizing the booking.

9. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate power supply, venue permissions, and a secure setup area. Any restrictions or requirements should be communicated to us in advance.

10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or other emergencies. In such cases, the Company will work with the client to reschedule, if possible.

11. Photography and Video Rights
We may capture and use photos or videos of the event for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the event.

12. Liability Insurance
Our services are covered by liability insurance, which applies throughout Australia.

13. Legal Compliance
These terms are governed by Australian law and apply across all states and territories.

14. Client Agreement Confirmation
By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
